1. DPD Parcel Locker – FREE*
Your order will arrive at the selected parcel locker within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an SMS notification containing the door code, parcel locker location, return code, and storage expiration date.
DPD parcel lockers are available 24/7 and are usually located near the main entrances of shopping centers.
2. OMNIVA Parcel Locker – €1.99*
Your order will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. You will be notified by SMS and email when the parcel arrives. The SMS will include the door code and parcel locker location.
A free return label with instructions will be included in the shipment.
OMNIVA parcel lockers are open 24/7 and are usually located near the main entrances of shopping centers.
3. Courier Delivery to Your Address – €2.99
Your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone to arrange the most convenient delivery time and location.
Free returns do not apply to courier-delivered orders. You must return the item to our office using a delivery method of your choice. This delivery method is a paid service regardless of the order value.
4. In-Store Pickup
Items can be reserved in the store for 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
According to Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of the Republic of Latvia, dated May 20, 2014, "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts," the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return an item purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
Returns are accepted only for new, unused products in their original packaging and with all original manufacturer tags attached.
Only refunds are available. Exchanges are not possible.
In the case of a refund, the money will be returned to the same payment account used for the purchase within 14 days after the item has been received by the Xjeans office.
- If you cancel your purchase, the full amount paid for the item will be refunded; however, return shipping costs are not refunded and must be covered by the buyer.
- Returned items must not be damaged or show signs of wear. They must be returned in their original packaging and with all original tags attached.
- Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
- Please open product packaging carefully and avoid damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damage, the returned item may be accepted without the original packaging.
You may return an item by sending a completed and signed return form to info@xjeans.eu (or by including the form in the return package).

Return methods depend on the delivery option you selected.
IF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO AN OMNIVA PARCEL LOCKER – FREE RETURN
- Complete the withdrawal form and include it with the item being returned.
- Pack the shipment securely so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging.
- Use the return code received in the delivery notification SMS. The code is valid for 14 days.
- Take the item to any OMNIVA parcel locker.
- Touch the screen, select your preferred language, and choose the “Return Shipment” option.
- Enter the return code received by SMS.
- Place the parcel in the compartment that opens, close the door, and confirm the shipment by pressing “Confirm” on the screen.
- Print a receipt if desired. The shipment will reach our return center within 1–4 business days.
IF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO A DPD PARCEL LOCKER – FREE RETURN
- Complete the withdrawal form and include it with the item being returned.
- Pack the shipment securely so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging.
- Use the return label included in the package received with your order.
- Take the item to any DPD parcel locker.
- Touch the screen, select your preferred language, and choose “Send Parcel.”
- Select the option “Send: Label Available.” Enter the return code received from DPD by SMS.
- Attach the provided address label to the parcel and scan it.
- After scanning the barcode on the return label, a locker compartment will open. Place the parcel inside, close the door, and confirm the shipment by pressing “Confirm.”
- Print a receipt if desired. The shipment will reach our return center within 1–4 business days.
IF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BY COURIER – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE BUYER
- Complete the withdrawal form and include it with the item being returned.
- Pack the shipment securely so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging.
- Deliver the packaged item to our office at:

- Once the item has been received at our return center, the refund process will be initiated.
RETURNS UNDER CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION
In accordance with Section 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of March 18, 1999, consumers have the right to submit claims regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract terms within 2 years from the date of purchase.
The claim period for products is 2 years. If it is found that the clothing has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for the issue to be resolved.
Claims do not apply if:
- The clothing has been used contrary to its intended purpose or unsuitable weather conditions.
- The clothing has been mechanically damaged.
- The clothing has become worn through normal use.
